​We helped create this strategic plan based off the SWOT data and SMART goals gleaned from the Neighborhood Spotlight initiative. It has been used as a guide to help a cross-section of community members work collaboratively and collectively on improving their quality of life. Neighborhood Spotlight communities organized, decided and acted upon projects that profoundly change their future.
