Celebrating Leadership: Gretchen Sipp and Jessica Renslow Shine at the 2025 Northwest Indiana Influential Women Awards

A Regional Celebration of Excellence

The Northwest Indiana Influential Women Awards honor outstanding women leaders from all eight counties across Northwest Indiana, recognizing influence, innovation, and community impact across diverse industries. 500 women were nominated across 13 categories. This regional scope highlights the breadth of talent shaping the area’s future. Each nominee is carefully selected from across the entire region, making the honor a true testament to leadership at every level.

Honoring Our Own: Gretchen and Jessica

We are thrilled to share that of the 278 Finalists both of our co-owners were selected:

• Gretchen Sipp was named a finalist in the Business category (one of the largest and most competitive categories of the awards).

  
  

• Jessica Renslow earned finalist recognition in the Up-and-Coming STEM category, highlighting her emerging influence in technology and planning.

The awards culminated in the 14th annual banquet held on September 25, 2025, at Avalon Manor in Merrillville. The evening brought together almost a thousand leaders from across Northwest Indiana to celebrate excellence and impact in 13 industry categories.

We are especially proud to announce that Gretchen Sipp won the Business category, making her one of the standout leaders among a remarkable group of nominees.
